Every product that we sell is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. But if, for any reason, your product develops a fault we offer free of charge repairs or exchange of products that are entitled according to our warranty policy.

If the fault with your product occurs within its guarantee period (normally 24 months from delivery) we will offer you a prompt repair service. In all cases we reserve the right to inspect the product and verify the fault. We do not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.

Repairs of our products that are out of the warranty period we offer a fast, high quality and reliable repair service at an extra fee.

We have the spare parts for all our devices and we are authorised service providers for Steba, Roadstar, Sangean, Airfree and Soundmaster products in Cyprus.
